We use the best ingredients: butter, free-range eggs, cooking apples, Belgian chocolate, fresh strawberries, freshly grated lemons & oranges, homemade lemon curd, our own homemade jams and so much more.

Our battenburg or chapel window cake is unique to us, and our speciality.
We make a traditional Irish Porter cake with Guinness and butter its rich, moist and full of flavour. At Easter we make Simnel cakes with gorgeous almond paste. Our Christmas cakes have rich flavours of fruit and spice.

We make charming wedding cakes, for us the taste is equally as important as the design itself, the flavours & colours are natural. We believe that less is more and we focus on simple natural and elegant creations to make the perfect centre piece for you and your guests to enjoy.
