Catherine and Annette with the team at the Gourmet Parlour have created a selection of menus perfect for entertaining. With over 30 years of experience in catering in Sligo and the Northwest. We have provided sample menus or you can customise from our main menu to suit your taste and party. To create our delicious food we use the best locally sourced ingredients in Sligo and the northwest, Everything made from scratch, all our meat supplied by local Sligo butchers, free-range pork from Andarl farm beef, dishes slow-cooked to perfection in our Gourmet kitchen. Vegetables supplied by organic growers in season. Fresh salads with our own dressings, an extensive array of vegetarian foods, breads, savouries. With our must-have desserts and sweet treats create a fabulous dessert table.
